Do you guarantee returns?
No. Property values and rents can fall as well as rise, and no advisor can promise an outcome. We make the assumptions behind every scenario visible so you can judge them yourself.
How do you handle currency risk?
Most Egyptian property is priced in Egyptian pounds, while some projects may quote in foreign currency. Where it matters, we show the investment in both currencies and state the exposure explicitly.
What size of investment do you advise on?
We work with individual investors, family offices and institutions. Scope and fees are agreed per mandate in writing.
