Questions and answers
Why use buyer representation if developers sell directly?
A developer's sales team represents one inventory. A buyer's advisor compares across developers and resale, tests the contract and payment terms, and negotiates on your side of the table.
How do you remain independent?
Buyer-representation mandates are set out in a written agreement with the buyer, and any commission we would receive from a seller is disclosed before you decide.
Can you represent buyers who live abroad?
Yes. Viewings can be held by video, documents shared securely, and a power of attorney arranged through your own lawyer where appropriate.
