The Tower is one of the projects of Novara Development, in partnership with engineer Mohamed Hafez, a consulting engineer, and Gloria, one of the largest hotel management companies in the Arab Gulf. Moharram Bakhoum serves as the executive consultant, along with Brain 2 Fact,for managing the commercial areas of the project. This project is a tourism, residential, and hotel complex that represents an artistic masterpiece of luxury and sophistication, with an investment cost reaching eight billion pounds. It is located just minutes from the Hilton, the ring road, the International Peace Hospital, and the Museum of Civilizations,facing the Island of Gold. The project consists of a ground floor and twenty additional floors, featuring glass facades and direct views of the Nile. Inside, there are a lobby, garage, restaurants, cafes, a kids' area, a workspace, a gym, a spa, and dry cleaning services. Additionally, there is a Panoroma restaurant on the top floor, offering direct views of the Nile, along with a swimming pool. One of the key features of the project is that it is ready for delivery, with all contract terms favorable to the client, along with the option for installment payments over a period of up to five years.
